POSITION: Director of Finance and Operations
LOCATION: Business Office Located within Stafford High School
SALARY and BENEFITS: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00, based on experience and qualifications
Competitive benefit package including defined contribution plan (50% employer match,
up to 6% of salary); employer contribution to HSA deductible (50%); employer paid life
insurance and long-term disability; paid sick, personal and vacation leave; and 14 paid holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for all fiscal transactions for the Stafford Public Schools, as well as the supervision of selected personnel functions,

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess or be eligible for appropriate Connecticut certification as a Business Manager (085).
- Recent experience as a School Business Official or in a related field required.
- High-level computer and communication skills, along with a working knowledge of finance, administration and accounting. Experience with Infinite Visions software highly desirable.
