Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
Type: 12-Month Employee, 225 Contractual Days. 
Leave: 3 Personal, 19 Vacation, 16 Holidays, 12 Sick
Retirement: IMRF or TRS, depending on qualifications.

About the Position
The Learning Technology Center (LTC) is seeking a Manager of Digital Platforms and System Integration to lead its digital initiatives with a dual focus: 50% internal support and 50% web development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Internal Support (50%): Manage and maintain LTC’s existing digital infrastructure, ensuring reliable system performance and optimizing processes for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to provide technical support, address system challenges, and implement user-centered enhancements. This role will ensure seamless operation and integration across critical systems, including web platforms, Salesforce, and other essential tools that power LTC’s operations.
• Web Development Projects (50%): Oversee and execute new web and app development initiatives that align with LTC’s mission. Manage consultants and lead innovative digital solutions, driving the creation of impactful tools and resources for K-12 education.

This position offers potential for growth into a leadership role, with the opportunity to potentially build and manage a small team of web developers as LTC expands its digital initiatives. The Manager will play a critical role in strengthening LTC’s digital assets, driving efficient system integration, and fostering user-friendly experiences. Success in this role will set the stage for strategic departmental growth and team leadership.

Travel: Some state travel is expected.
