Additional Compensation for Speech Language Pathologists:

| IEP Stipend | $2,000 | One half of this stipend will be paid in November and one half will be paid in June. Prorated by FTE |
| Recruitment and Retention Stipend | 4% of Base Pay | Recruitment and retention of Speech Language Pathologists. Pay spread over duration of regular salary pay. Prorated by FTE. |
| Certification Stipend | Percentage of Base Pay | 2% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold their Washington State License. Prorated by FTE. OR 5% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold national certification through their professional organization (ASHA). Prorated by FTE. |
