TEACh Strong 2025 - Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Miami-Dade County Public Schools is currently accepting applications for the TEACh Strong ESE Summer Academy. Purpose To prepare participants to work as Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teachers to support the learning needs of students with disabilities and ensure their educational, behavioral, social, and emotional successes, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Overview • Participate in an intensive four-week PAID summer training (June 17- July 8, 2025), consisting of a comprehensive professional learning curriculum, immersive classroom lab experiences, and Florida Teacher Certification Exam (FTCE) preparation. • Hire into full-time ESE teaching positions with the district upon meeting all Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) pre-employment requirements.
