The Montvale Public Schools, a premier Northern Bergen County school district, seeks outstanding candidates for the following position:
Part-time General Secretary
Office of the Superintendent of Schools
Monday through Friday
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
12-month position
Qualifications:
1. H.S. diploma, secretarial training (preferably business college).
2. Business office experience or public school secretarial experience preferred.
3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information protectively and with the utmost discretion.
4. Competence in the use of MS Word, Excel and Google software.
5. Strong communication and human relations skills.
6. Superior organizational skills.
7. Experience with the Realtime database management program a plus.
8. Required Criminal History Review background check.
