Additional Compensation for Speech Language Pathologists:

Pay Item Pay Amount Details
IEP Stipend $2,000 One half of this stipend will be paid in November and one half will be paid in June. Prorated by FTE
Recruitment and Retention Stipend  4% of Base Pay Recruitment and retention of Speech Language Pathologists. Pay spread over duration of regular salary pay. Prorated by FTE.
Certification Stipend Percentage of Base Pay 2% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold their Washington State License. Prorated by FTE.
OR
5% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold national certification through their professional organization (ASHA). Prorated by FTE.
