Description
Bartlett City Schools, one of the newest school districts in the state of Tennessee, is comprised of eleven schools and approximately 8,900 students located in Bartlett, a suburb of the beautiful city of Memphis. Bartlett City Schools Four Cornerstones for Success: 1. Highly Effective Teachers in All Our Classrooms - Research shows that highly effective teachers remain the one school-determined factor that has the greatest impact on student achievement. 2. Effective Leadership - We must have strong principals in our schools to recruit, develop, and retain our highly effective teachers. 3. Supportive and Efficient Administrative Staff - The central office must support our schools so that our teachers and students can achieve. 4. Strong Parent and Community Support - Committed parents and community partners will ensure that our students excel.
